If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the package. Starting from February 1st 2023, the return by shipment has a cost of €4.90 which will be withheld at the time of refund, except for the UK where all costs for returning the products borne on the customer; the return is instead free if you choose to return the items to one of the authorized shops.
Registered customers may request the return by accessing their reserved area. After the request is submitted, they should follow the UPS instructions and easily deliver the package to the nearest Access Point. Alternatively they can contact UPS to arrange for the collection of the parcel, on which they have already applied the return label.
Non-registered customers should contact customer service at the e-mail address customercare@imperialfashion.com specifying the order number, the item they plan to return and the reason for the return (optional). Once customer service approval is received, they should follow the UPS instructions and easily deliver the package to the nearest Access Point. Alternatively they can contact UPS to arrange for the collection of the parcel, on which they have already applied the return label.
