While buying, make sure you are surfing the correct website: if you are in Hungary but are browsing IMPERIAL ITALY you will not be able to complete the order. In this case you should select IMPERIAL HUNGARY in the footer.
The shipping cost is 14,90€ for all orders under 150,00€. You can indicate an address in the country where you made the purchase or select a UPS Access Point (a choice which also reduces the environmental impact of delivery). Shipping is free if you choose to collect your order at one of our stores indicated in the Flagship Stores section. Your order will be packaged and handed over to the courier within 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation via email. During sales periods and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual. The delivery will be made approximately 5-7 working days after the finalisation of the order . UPS is Imperial 's courier of choice.
We ask you to check that the delivery address is correct: it won't be possible to modify it once the order is completed, unless you contact the courier (UPS) directly.
You will be sent your "tracking number" by email. With that, you can verify the status of your shipping with UPS.
You will be able to check on your order status from "My orders", in the "My account" section of Imperial 's website, once you have logged in with your username and password.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the package. Starting from February 1st 2023, the return by shipment has a cost of €4.90 which will be withheld at the time of refund, except for the UK where all costs for returning the products borne on the customer; the return is instead free if you choose to return the items to one of the authorized shops.
Registered customers may request the return by accessing their reserved area. After the request is submitted, they should follow the UPS instructions and easily deliver the package to the nearest Access Point. Alternatively they can contact UPS to arrange for the collection of the parcel, on which they have already applied the return label.
Non-registered customers should contact customer service at the e-mail address customercare@imperialfashion.com specifying the order number, the item they plan to return and the reason for the return (optional). Once customer service approval is received, they should follow the UPS instructions and easily deliver the package to the nearest Access Point. Alternatively they can contact UPS to arrange for the collection of the parcel, on which they have already applied the return label.
