E-GIFT CARD

Choose the E-Gift Card amount from those shown, or enter a full figure ranging from €20 to €1000, as you like. Fill in your data and those of the recipient and, if you like, leave a personalised message.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail, and the E-Gift Card will be immediately sent to the recipient’s e-mail together with your message. If you don’t want the recipient to receive their E-Gift Card immediately, we recommend that you enter your e-mail again so you can forward it when the time is right.

The recipient will receive a coupon with which they can redeem their E-Gift Card.

The E-Gift Card is a virtual E-Gift Card. It offers you the possibility to give a coupon bearing a set amount - equal to the card’s cost - that can be used as a payment method on our website.

The coupon can be used only on our online shop www.imperialfashion.com in the market/country where it was purchased. It cannot be converted into cash.

If the coupon is used on a cart of an amount lower than that of the E-Gift Card, the difference will remain charged on the E-Gift Card and can be used with the same coupon for subsequent purchases.

If the coupon is used on a cart of an amount higher than that of the E-Gift Card, it will be possible to make the purchase by paying the difference at the time of checkout.

It is also possible to use multiple E-Gift Cards for the same cart, by redeeming the coupons one after the other to add up the amounts available.

The purchaser may return the E-Gift Card within 14 days from purchase, provided that it hasn’t been used.

If, on the other hand, items purchased using the E-Gift Card are returned, the amount will be charged back onto the card and it will become available again for a new purchase. In the event of a return (even partial) of an order with mixed payment, priority will always be given to the E-Gift Card, which will be recharged up to its initial value and, only if the amount to be refunded is excessive, the difference will be credited to the payment method used.

You can purchase other items together with the E-Gift Card, but the E-Gift Card is always excluded from discounts and promotions.

It will not be possible to request an invoice for payments made via E-Gift Card.
